This Privacy Policy explains how ResourceHub Media LLC ("ResourceHub Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit resourcehubmedia.com, contact us, or use our services. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to this policy. We serve clients in the United States only.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or reach out by phone, text, or email, we collect the details you choose to share. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, and business name, along with anything else you write in your message. If you become a client, we also collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe), which handles your card details securely. We do not store your full card number.

Calls and text messages

If you call or text us, we keep a record of that contact so we can follow up, and we may keep notes about your business and what you are looking for. We record calls to our business line for quality, training, and record-keeping. By calling us, you consent to that recording. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please let us know or contact us in writing instead.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We advertise on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and we use their tracking tools. If you arrive from one of our ads, we may receive ad-click identifiers (for example Google's gclid, gbraid, and wbraid, and Meta's fbclid) and campaign parameters so we can measure which ads bring inquiries.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
• To provide, manage, and improve the services you ask us about.
• To send you transactional and service messages by email, text message, and phone that help us deliver our services and communicate with you about your account.
• To measure the performance of our own advertising on Google and Meta (for example, recording that a website inquiry came from a specific ad).
• To keep the site secure and working properly.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Text messaging and calls

If you give us your number (for example, by submitting our form or texting us), we may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry and our services. We send up to 10 messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help, and you may opt out by any reasonable means, including telling us on a call or by email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the service providers that help us operate (such as our messaging and customer-relationship software) is limited to providing those services to us. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

Email

We send mostly transactional and service-related email. Where we send any commercial or promotional email, we include an unsubscribe link and only send to people who have opted in or asked to hear from us.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to understand how the site is used, to measure our advertising, and to show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google Ads settings and your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising and measurement tools described above. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business and only to make their software work for us. These include our website host (Cloudflare), our customer-relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our automation and form-routing tools (such as Zapier), our payment processor (Stripe), and Google and Meta for advertising and measurement. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights.
• A business transfer, if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case your information may be part of the transferred assets.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries that do not become clients for about 24 months, then delete or anonymize them. We keep client records for the length of the engagement plus up to seven years to meet tax and legal obligations, after which we delete them or remove what identifies you. We keep text-message consent and opt-out records for at least four years to meet telemarketing record-keeping rules.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites, such as Google. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above.
